Wow - look - I have all of 50 of these pairs done for Bonnie's Orca Bay mystery. Only 400 more to go! Which will be done when they are done - I never stress about getting Bonnie's mysteries done before the next step is posted. I do what I can and enjoy the journey.
I also made some zippered pouches, catnip toys and bookmarks for a craft bazaar I attended this weekend. It was a bit of a bust but it was nice to see friends and know that one of them (Hi Chris!!!) is actually a lurker on my blog. Now to figure out who the other 337 lurkers are ;)
A good start! I'm not joining in just yet but have downloaded part 1. Sorry your sale was a bust--you just can never tell how those things are going to work out! Have a great Thanksgiving!
ReplyDeleteGreat start on part 1. Keeping up can be a little difficult with all the holidays coming up.
ReplyDeleteHey, any progress on that mystery is good progress! It's a lot of little triangles.
ReplyDeleteSorry that the craft bazaar was a bust. Bummer! The thangles were so easy to use, I'm wondering if it wouldn't be worth it to use them in something like this where you have to do SO MANY!! Have fun. LOL! :)
ReplyDeleteGreat beginning on Orca Bay....still haven't decided if I'm going to do it over not but I'm sure it will be neat! Sorry your show wasn't that great....bummer.
ReplyDeleteYou are a wise woman--and you have 50 more QSTs done than a lot of us!
ReplyDeleteI wonder if Bonnie started with the easy part.lol.
ReplyDeleteI think all those triangles are enough to put me off.
But I will print them all out and put them away for another day.
Yep...I'm still thinking about doing Orca - so you are waaaay ahead of me!
ReplyDeleteYou've made a great start on the mystery :)
ReplyDelete50 more than I have, for sure! lol I've only got the instructions printed out so far. :o) Happy quilting!
ReplyDeleteThat is the beauty of this project - you do what you can when you can. I participated in RRCB but I only just recently finished the quilt top - I still need to quilt it.
ReplyDeleteLurker no more! Good to see you at the craft bazaar. Morris (yes he looks like the Morris on tv) loves his new catnip toy.
