The storm turned out to be a dud for my area which is not to say that people outside my county aren't flooded and still out of power. But we just sat there and said when is the storm gonna get here? I didn't even lose power altho I had made a batch of brownies, just in case...
Anyway, even tho I had a ton to do it turned into a lazy evening watching The Hunger Games. I was going to insert an old picture of Squeaky being lazy but I think I am out of storage space.
I'll have to look into deleting old photos or does anyone know if you can resize old photos and Blogger will auto update with the smaller sized ones in the blog posts? Not sure when I will have this problem fixed so please bear with me if there are no more posts for a while. I'll come up with something for Feline Friday but that might be it for the week...
Be glad you had it mild - we too lucked out, don't think our little communities could have handled it again. Connie at Quilting by the River had a turial for re-sizing photos with blogger.
ReplyDeleteHow fun - brownies! LOL We are supposed to get int he 80's which is weird! I wouldn't be surprised to see tornadoes in my area with the way the temps keep changing from the 50's to 80's.
ReplyDeleteBrownies are good ... now you can enjoy them with light and heat! We're supposed to get very warm by the week's end. But it's in the mid-40's now. Crazy weather! :)
ReplyDeleteI remember when my blog wouldn't upload any more pics. I had to buy more memory for $5. Well worth it : )
ReplyDeleteBrownies--really, Sarah, that is disaster preparation at its finest! : )
ReplyDeleteDaughter in NH is fine, nephew in Brooklyn is fine, nephew in NC is fine, niece in Connecticut is without power or water and there are many trees across the road. They are housebound in a semi rural area--with three little girls. They'd love your brownies!
Brownies in the Dark sounds like a great title for a quilt! You can't resize the photos, it doesn't work that way, unfortunately. Buy more storage as suggested and try to figure out how to resize your photos to a websize (mine are at 480 pixels mostly) and minimize your uploading total. I do this in Picasa before uploading to Blogger, in addition to adding my watermark.
