Z - How long do you think we should pretend not to like each other?

S - I *don't* like you.

Z - Yes, you do.

S - Nuh't uh.

Z - Do to!

S - Momma, he's looking at me.

Z - Am not. You're looking at me!

    When we were young marrieds (40th anniversary was a month ago LOL), my mom's cat had kittens and we adopted 2 of them. For the 13 years that we had them both, there wasn't a day that they didn't look at each other and say, "You're ugly" and "Yeah, well your mother dresses you funny" and other such loving thoughts. There weren't any real fights but always the looks that just screamed out "are you STILL here?!" Your post reminded me of those sweet kitties now both long gone.
