Well, you can guess this is not a recent photo cuz when was the last time I actually used my sewing machine?
I just bet, of all the dangers in your quilt studio, this was not on the top of your list:
Pepper wanted to help me sew but he just kept teasing me with that great striped tail of his and it just got closer and closer to the presser foot as he swished it back and forth. I finally had to boot his cute little toukus off the sewing table to finish making bookmarks that didn't have tails attached.
I'm on a blog break starting today but I'll be back in time for next week's Feline Friday - cya then!!
Don't forget to link in your favorite Feline! Usual rules apply (link to a specific post, not your blog in general) and you have until next Thursday to join in.

That tail wouldn't look so nice hanging from a bookmark--from a hat, maybe, but not a bookmark. : )
That is too funny. They are brave with their tails - mine will occasionally swish theirs very close to the rotary cutter!
I'll join in again next week! My laptop broke with all of my cat pictures, so I was not able to write a post for this week.
I've seen pictures of cats in all kinds of positions but never one that dangerously close to a sewing machine needle.

Poor Pepper, he was trying so hard to "give a little of himself" to your project! ;)
Ouch! My Bella does the same thing!
Our pets! They give us so much to talk about! Happy to know that no screeching happened, though close call.
I don't have a cat, but I remember the mischief when I did!
A couple years ago Louise got her tail in the way of my rotary cutter! Good gravy- it was just a nick but there was blood everywhere and I was crying my eyes out. Louise recovered a lot faster than I did!
